Service Plans

I. Standard Support Package

Our standard support package is free with all computers build by xiLinux Systems Inc. The standard package entitles you to phone or e-mail support over a 1 year period, during normal business hours, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time.

Prepare a description of the problem, noting the serial number of the system, any error messages you have received, and any steps already taken in an attempt to solve the problem.

II. Supplemental Service Options

24/7 Phone Support
You may choose to supplement our standard support offerings by purchasing 24/7 phone support. From the receipt of purchase, the 24/7 package entitles you to an unlimited number of support incidents within a 1-year period.

On-site Service
The on-site service package is xiLinux Systems Inc. complete support solution. It provides next day parts and support to your business. On-site service can be purchased for one to three year periods, during which you will have access to an unlimited number of contact inquiries. Our on-site technicians will replace defective hardware, reinstall the operating system (if necessary), and return your system to excellent working order. III. Professional Services

Our professional services team can assist you in the deployment, configuration and maintenance of your Linux-based infrastructure. Whether you need work on fail over clustering, security auditing, Apache, DNS, mail serving, databases or firewalls, we have experts on hand to assist you. They are available for short-term engagements (starting at half a day), or longer term contracts.
Service and Support contracts

We offer administration and installation support and services on servers, workstations and add-on products. For the convenience of our customers, we offer ongoing service contracts, as well as per-hour support. All support levels are valid for 1 year. The contract amount has to be prepaid in full before the contract begins. $35 trip charge will apply for service performed on an hourly basis. Minimum service time is 1 hour per incident.

All rates below are for onsite services. For carry in and remote services from our location the hours used will be reduced by 25%. Example: We do a remote service for 2 hours, only 1 ½ hours will be deducted from your block of hours. There is no trip charge for carry in or remote services.
